Cancellation Policy

We have one cancellation policy at ParkConnect. If a driver cancels, the amount we can refund depends on two things:

  1. The length of the booking, and
  2. When the driver makes the cancellation request.

If the space owner cancels, the driver will always receive a full refund. No same day cancellation — no refund.

  • Short-term booking

    1-4 days

    Cancellation allowed 1 day in advance. If cancel after a day will be charged for minimum of days booked or maximum of 3 days.

  • Medium-term booking

    5-14 days

    Cancellation allowed 3 days in advance or will be charged for a minimum of 5 days. Balance will be refunded

  • Long-term booking

    15+ days

    Cancellation allowed 3 days in advance or will be charged for a minimum of 7 days.

The Rules

  • Complaints must be raised with ParkConnect within 24 hours after the booking starts.

  • ParkConnect will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

  • A booking is officially canceled once we approve the cancellation.
